I was recently a new patient of Dr Vamadevan I only had one visit he was polite. I was scheduled for an colonoscopy which was pushed up to an earlier date due to a cancellation. I tried to get some clarification on my timeline since I went from a 3pm to a 9am and the communication with the staff is horrible. They don’t reply to emails or return calls I’ve made several attempts no response unacceptable. I was told one thing regarding my covid test only to be told something different 2 days before my procedure. I was sooooo frustrated with the LACK of communication from the staff that I cancelled my procedure and I will NEVER return again. Now after I did that now I can get a quick response soooo unprofessional and unacceptable. I pray that they can get it together moving forward with other incoming patients. I’m moving forward with another doctor lack of communication from your doctor/ staff is never acceptable especially being a new patient

Office manager is so disrespectful. Staff is not helpful. AVOID this place. When I was in pain and called to see my doctor, they said he could see me in about two weeks. I told was concerned because I’ve been in pain for about five days and their response was that they were a specialty office not an ER. Then, on the following week, after waiting for 20 minutes to see a PA, they finally told me the PA was behind schedule, but only because I asked. I then asked how long behind and no one could give me a straight answer, not even the disrespectful office manager. I’m saying disrespectful because she kept saying the PA had a full schedule and so did my doctor; she then said that I had to either wait or reschedule. Is too easy and convenient for them say “would you like to reschedule” instead of solving the issue. I took time off work, drove there and spent time waiting. This office manager has no people skills, talked down to me saying our conversation was going in circles and was not going to repeat herself. I’ve had long waiting times before and every time the doctor was behind, they said there was an emergency, exactly what happened this time. Avoid this place, specially because of the office manager.

First off, Dr. Vamadevan was a very kind, instructive, and honest doctor. My experience with him would be a 5 out of 5. However, averaged with the 0/5 for the effort, attitude, and overall disrespect of the office staff makes me almost uncomfortable giving this office a star at all. Off the bat, they are rude and cold when you enter the office. They then asked me after my appointment to wait in the waiting room for the scheduler. Keep in mind, I was the only person in the waiting room and nonetheless I waited for 30 minutes with no success and had to leave. 5 phone calls, 5 voicemails, and 12 days later, they were able to \squeeze me in\ for my follow up tests 3 weeks later.

Dr. Proccacino was great! Unfortunately, the office staff was not great. I made multiple attempts in the 2 months after my appointment to have the office complete a claim form, and they were unable to do this and were not very responsive to inquiries.

Worst doctor doesn't explain or communicate well Staff is not friendly so as the doctor not friendly at all I don't recommend to my worst enemy to see dr. Malhotra. Not clean office very dirty old furniture in the exam room. Very nasty.
